Daniel began his career as a General Contractor for Five Star Construction in 1989 and remained in this role for 21 years. He was responsible for residential, commercial and industrial development and managed 4 construction crews, and a total of 32 full time employees. He routinely met with zoning officials, on behalf of his clients, to explain all phases of their project development and construction, and to ensure receipt of all necessary approvals.

In 2011, Daniel joined the TeleCAD Wireless team, as a project and construction manager. In this role, he was responsible for managing the addition of generators for AT&T Wireless on 108 sites, performing lease reviews, site audits, negotiating lease amendments and obtaining NTP’s to complete the scope of work. He managed an equipment upgrade project for over 180 sites for Sprint, reporting weekly on the vendor progress and status of each site, completing the project ahead of schedule and under budget.

In 2014, TeleCAD Wireless was awarded the new site build network of expansion of Verizon Wireless for Michigan, Indiana and Kentucky, and Daniel was tasked as the lead for the Michigan market. His responsibilities included all functions of raw land site acquisition and site construction management, working directly with Verizon Wireless and managing the BTS tower developers on behalf of Verizon.

In 2018, Daniel was promoted to Director of Small Cell Services, North Region, and has overseen the completion of thousands of small cell nodes throughout the Eastern United States.
