Since joining the TeleCAD team in 2017, Donntay has been actively involved in managing Macro projects with tower companies, working with carriers on modification projects, as well as new site builds and rooftop antenna designs. She was here at the very beginning of our first small cell market, starting on the ground floor of the latest technology, and now TeleCAD is partnering with our customers to move it forward. Currently, as Director of Operations for our Small Cell Division, she brings her expertise in managing our daily operations and working closely with our Project Managers, Site Acquisition teams, Field Technician Teams, and our many drafters to ensure quality work and timely delivery of our services.
